Moholoholo (The Great One) is a vast wildlife area situated at the base of Mariepskop, which forms part of the mighty Drakensberg mountains.
Here guests can encounter, close up and personal, animals which have been rescued due to injury or poisoning.
Sadly, not all animals rescued can be released back into the wild, and these animals are then used as “Ambassadors” for their respective species.
Guests are therefore able to experience these magnificent creatures, and learn more about them and the hard work done by the team of dedicated professionals to protect our wildlife and the environment.
